In 2011 we design and installed a variety of small to medium projects including:

The National Bank of Ethiopia (NBE)

Logico design supplied and install at the NBE Banknote processing department, a fully automated conveyor PLC control system for the movement and smooth transfers of banknote bundles.

The system was successfully installed late September at Addis Ababa NBE with the aim to link all the banknote process CPS machines to a common shrink wrapper point.

The PLC software controlled the transfer and indexing of banknotes on a take away conveyor, linked to an automatic shrink wrapper.

Automated Pressure test system

Earlier in the year Logico design and installed a fully automatic plastic bottle pressure test system for a major UK gardening product manufacturer.

This system included plc, sensors, pneumatics controls, and performed a standard BSI pressure test to plastic containers.

The complete system was fully tested and put on production in April 2011.
